Henriette Wyeth-Hurd is widely recognized for her floral and still-life oils paintings, as well as for her tremendous talent in portraiture. In integrating the Hispanic culture of New Mexico, with the Wyeth technique, Henriette’s work is uniquely different from that of her family, both in content and composition. Today, Henriette Wyeth-Hurd is regarded as one of the greatest women painters of the 20th century.
